THE FOUNDER
Kayla Smith
Based in Los Angeles, Kayla lives, eats, and breathes social media. She is the founder and creator of the style blog GlossedAngeles.com and has extensive experience in social media management, digital marketing, branding, PR, copywriting, content creation, photography, editing, and design.
She is a graduate of The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, and prior to starting Glossed Media, she worked for various creative agencies, marketing companies, and was on the social media team for Tyra Banks’ beauty company. Fun Facts
Melrose! The east side is filled with cool, eclectic spots, lots of graffiti and unique signage, and has more of a street style feel, while the west side is more posh and chic, with the cutest restaurants, shops, and coffee spots. There's also many "Instagram" walls in between, such as the Pink Wall and the Made in LA wall.
Joe & The Juice! It has an awesome vibe with fun music and decor, as well as a loungey back patio area with comfortable seating and outlets to plug in and power through your work day.
Restoration Hardware Rooftop. If you've never been this is a must-visit in West Hollywood. Not only is the multiple-story store absolutely breathtaking, but there is a huge rooftop space with enormous tables, chairs, and couches with stunning views of the Hollywood Hills.
